Named for its resemblance to twisting ribbons, our ribbon pakoda is a crunchy snack with a delicious, distinctive hit of garlic. At the VS home, it was a favourite with one and all. Scenes of unruly grandkids demanding more and fighting over each others’ shares were all too common. Paati would make huge batches on Saturday afternoons, hoping they would last for a week. We would invariably make it disappear in a couple of days. When you open this pack and take your first, crunchy bite, perhaps you’ll see why.
