I am not sure about coffee drinkers in South India, they are traditional coffee drinkers and may have a different expectation from their coffee. But to most North Indians filter coffee is an acquired taste that they picked up either at the traditional Coffee House or in South Indian Restaurants such as Sagar Ratna that are scattered only in a few cities. Such drinkers find it very difficult to get filter coffee easily either because it is not available or they don't have the filters and freshly ground coffee. VS Mani's filter coffee concentrate fills that gap. You don't need to hunt for coffee bean or coffee grinders or coffee filters, just pour in a cup, add hot milk or water and enjoy. What is most impressive is the taste & flavour, it is just like what you get in the Coffee Houses. Just one important point, the aroma of a good filter coffee is much lower in this concentrate and VS Mani would do well to try improving this. After all the aroma of freshly brewed coffee is more addictive than the coffee itself. And this is a million dollar cliché.
I am glad and satisfied with the TASTE.
The perfect and perky start to my day !
